Zendesk Integration
Enter your Zendesk credentials to fetch private articles for analysis. Credentials are stored locally in your browser.
Just the subdomain part of your Zendesk URL (e.g., for "mycompany.zendesk.com", enter "mycompany").
Generate an API token from your Zendesk Admin Center under Apps and Integrations > APIs > Zendesk API.
